Working hand-in-hand with you, has enabled Training & Placements, ICFAI National College to achieve rich and immense dividends, and we further endeavor to continue the same tempo and fervor with your continued support and assistance in this New Year.

Operation Workout is one of the 4 KRAs of Training and Placement, ICFAI National College, and is the 'first point of contact that the student has with the market.' Operation Workout is the bridge that connects classroom teaching to application, and offers the first interface between ICFAI National College's students and the corporate.

The novel strategies and knowledgeable interventions of ICFAI National Colleges' Regional Heads, Centre Heads, OW Coordinators, and Faculty in the direction of Operation Workout, Short Selling Assignments and Short Paying Assignments are to be seen in the light of Placements - the final moment of truth, towards which all our efforts are focussed, and continue to be so.

This year, Training & Placements has already placed 1643 students of the total target of 7509. Our learnings from the series of campus interviews being conducted all over India has been, to identify the visible gaps between demand and supply, and take the needful steps in providing quality and industry-ready management professionals. Our audit courses that focus on sector-specific training, interview preparation, aptitude testing, and group discussions have indeed made a big difference in imparting our students the right skills set to face challenges of industry/corporate recruitment.

We acknowledge and take pride in announcing that your enthusiasm in extending greater number of internships for our Semester II students [2007-09] has been notable and remarkable. This reflects your continuous appreciation of our students' corporate readiness, and your willingness to work with us. During the Summer Internship Program [SIP] our students work with you for 4 months, which is to start from March 17, 08. We request your cooperation and support in providing greater intership opportunities to our students this summer, SIP promotes reciprocal learning, and culminates in submission of a Management Thesis by each student.
